A completed form is one a customer has filled in and sent. Every plan includes every feature. No card needed to start. If you go over your plan, customers can still send forms, and you see the extra answers once you move to a bigger plan.

Questions

Do I need my own website?: No. Each form gets its own web address from Flowpony. Send it to customers by email or text, or link to it from your website if you have one.
Do I need technical skills?: No. You upload a PDF, check the questions, and send the link. There is nothing to install and no code to write.
Which PDF forms can I upload?: Any PDF form up to 25 MB and 50 pages, including scans of paper forms. If the PDF has a password, remove it before you upload.
Do my customers need an account?: No. They open your link and fill in the form on a phone, tablet, or computer.
How do I know when a form comes in?: Turn on email alerts for the form. Flowpony then emails you, and anyone else you choose, each time a customer sends one. The email does not include the answers. You open Flowpony to read them.
Can I get the answers into a spreadsheet?: Yes. Download all completed forms as a CSV file, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
What if Flowpony reads a question wrong?: You check every question before a customer sees the form. Change any question with a click.
Is my data safe?: Yes. Flowpony keeps your forms and your customers' answers secure. Only you and the teammates you give access to a form can see its answers.
Do I need a credit card?: No. Start on the Free plan without a card. You only add one if you move to a paid plan.
What happens if I go over my plan?: Nothing is lost. Customers can still send their forms. To see the answers above your plan's limit, move to a bigger plan.
